Brand identity, collateral and advertising for a custom residential build and remodel company in East Dallas, Texas

Bella Vista’s annual holiday card acted as the perfect medium to promote the completion of their brand new design center, and the result was quite a treat. We commissioned a local pastry chef to create a replica of the their office made completely out of gingerbread and candy, which we then photographed and used as the hero image for the holiday card, as well as a holiday print advertisement.

A logo remodel.

When Bella Vista came to us for a refresh, their brand was dated, yet they didn’t want to lose the equity of their logo, which was well known in their community. Our solution was a clean, modern take on their logo, with elements that extended seamlessly to every touchpoint of their brand. Within the new symbol itself, a forward-moving arrow conceptually supports their tagline, “A better way to a better home” and acts as a design element throughout their advertising and collateral to tie the brand together.

From presentation materials to websites, uniforms to signage, every piece of the brand was given a makeover. We extended their new look into an advertising campaign with sleek design and clever headlines that helped to distinguish them from their competitors in neighborhood publications.
