Crystal Creek is an independent, family-owned meat purveyor located in North Texas. With young, chef-driven restaurants as the target market, we aimed to create a brand that felt vibrant, bold and direct, one that honored both the quality of the meats Crystal Creek provides and the dishes being created in their kitchens.
The identity was influenced by retro butcher shops – the main mark draws inspiration from the classic red “Made Fresh Daily” stamps, while butcher paper acts as a backdrop for business cards and other collateral. We loved the vintage “Which Cut of Meat” posters, so we called on our friend Steven Noble to produce some custom illustrations to complement our mark.
