Curby’s Express Market

Brand identity and environmental design for a new breed of convenience store.
Curby’s Express Market

A new breed of convenience.

Our client came to us needing a name and brand identity for their new breed of convenience store. Their concept was a twist on the standard c-store, uniquely offering a drive-through window where customers could get everything from fresh drinks and food to a roll of paper towels. Their goal was that the store would be a key part of customers’ daily routines, a loyal partner to get them through the day.

We came up with the name Curby’s Express Market, communicating their quick curb-side service in a fresh way. This name also allowed us to create a friendly, approachable brand personality through the Curby’s logo turned mascot. We then partnered with our client to bring this playful brand to life across all touchpoints, including packaging, apparel, menus and store murals, even down to the paint colors and finishes, resulting in a fun and refreshing c-store.
