Pin Point Heritage Museum

Tucked along a bank of the Moon River outside of Savannah, Georgia, the Pin Point Heritage Museum celebrates the history, work and culture of the Gullah/Geechie community of Pin Point, which was founded in 1896 by freedmen after the Civil War. Located in the former A.S. Varn & Son Oyster and Crab Factory, the museum features an award-winning documentary and has consistently been ranked a top tourist destination in Savannah, Georgia.
