Founded by Todd Graves in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in 1996, Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers has developed a unique company culture built around playful surroundings, a friendly crew and an energetic managerial style that empowers employees.
When they moved their primary restaurant support office to Dallas in 2009, they wanted to ensure that their new headquarters educated their employees about the singular culture they’d worked so hard to develop. Over the course of 18 months, we created and installed murals, built furniture and integrated environmental design elements to bring their rich history and brand to life. Today, the space inspires employees, wows vendors and partners, and most importantly, makes work fun.
Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is one of the nation’s fastest-growing QSRs. Founded in 1996 as a single restaurant in Baton Rouge, they’ve exploded into a 500+ restaurant chain with locations around the world. Their secret? Serving high-quality chicken finger meals better than anyone else, fostering a strong company culture and forging deep community ties.
